On Thursday, the Pakistani Bar Board (PBC) has threatened to boycott the court if JPC clears Ayesha Malik’s name for altitude.

However, the Judicial Commission for Pakistan recommendations will now be considered by the parliamentary committee. In most cases, this committee agrees with the JCP recommendation, which means that justice Ayesha Malik is now a closer step to become a Pakistani Women’s Supreme Court judge.
